Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible, free from customer-caused damage, and accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number. If you change your mind, you pay return shipping; Vetabook covers reasonable return shipping for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or mis-supplied items.
